Jams
Year by year we organize different themed jams every day. We like to propose 8-hour jam, silent jam, music jam, Underscore, blind jam, focus jams, and of course, we are open to new suggestions, wishes, and ideas.
Every jam will be facilitated by one of our guests and we will have round tables, videos and talks about Contact Improvisation and personal experiences with Steve. Some of those teachers did not meet for 25 years. Guests: Kirstie Simson (UK), Ray Chung (US), K.J. Holmes (US), Charlie Morrissey (UK), Eszter Gál (HU) and Eva Karczag (HU)
Research
As the camp goes on, some topics arise in the body and we can give time and space to explore them. Research and LAB periods are dedicated to going deeper into different topics. This is where we can expand our interests, offering and receiving knowledge and occasionally leading them into performative practices. There will be afternoon slots for exchanging skills and researches, with an invitation to present the work in the performance evening.
CDP
Contemplative Dance Practice is how we like to start every day—meditating, moving alone, moving together. We can observe how this process is changing in us day by day. You can contemplate in the body and mind.
