Intensive with Bastien Auber (FR)
This intensive invites those who want to deepen the techniques of contact improvisation.
It will be based on the observation of the natural phenomena that surround us and will be inspired by their movements.
We will explore the infinite diversity of life and our dances in 4 stages:
Day 1: Earth
This element will teach us anchoring, stability, the vertical axis and weight transfer.
Day 2: Water
This element will teach us fluidity, falling, following the flow, different states of tone.
Day 3: Fire
This element will teach us surprise, the link between center and periphery, variations in speed and heat, creativity.
Day 4: Air
This element will teach us flight, lightness, lifts, delicacy.
Spirals will be the common form that will weave the links between these elements, and between us,
during the 12 hours of this living and vibrant process.
