Biography
Juli Gabor is a mover, movement educator, organiser and a therapist based in Vienna, Austria. She has studied different dance forms all around Europe over the last 25 years such as: contact improvisation (CI), improvisation, release technique, easy acrobatics, contemporary dance, and various social dance forms. She has been teaching CI on a regular basis internationally since 2007 and she has several years of experience in performing as well. Juli has graduated as a Bachelor in Psychomotor and Relaxation Therapy in 2014 in Denmark. She has recently studied with Sabine Parzer (Holistic Dance-and Movement-pedagogy) in Austria to strengthen her skills as dance teacher and facilitator. Furthermore Juli had finished the basic course as an Ilan Lev Method practitioner in April 2019 – a very powerful bodywork and movement method from Israel, that is based on the idea, that movement is a source of life. Juli finds it interesting to work with the connections between body and mind, through movement and hands-on techniques.
