This workshop is an invitation for our brains to yield and orient to the alive and shared territory of our bodies to support our Contact Improvisation dances,
nourish our fluid, cellular and reflexe intelligence,
engaging from our skin, nerves, muscles, organs and fascias,
yielding to the effortless paths of movement that arise as we open to our innate cellular organization and developmental movements.
