When we establish a safe environment, how can we support ourselves to come back to the sense of safety in our body, when things are happening around us and time is shrinking?
When we have a safe space, we can tune in safely into our system, into our wise bodies, without need to be in an alert state. Our nervous system can self-regulate when it feels safe in the environment. And the question is, how to create a safe environment so we can feel safe enough to open up not just to dance with someone but to ourselves and streams of life force, energy, love.. however we call it.
When we are releasing in a safe environment, we are able to create, to be in contact, to play, to experience joy and love. Qualities of groundedness, lightness, openness and softness can arise at the same time.
In this workshop, we will explore what does it mean to create safe space, how does it influence our nervous system, what we can do to stay in a connection with what is and how do we deal with change which is unpredictable, how do we deal with time when it is fastening and how do we stay soft when there is a dynamic jumping in.
