Workshop with Lui Claudia Springer
Through movement explorations of the Feldenkrais®Method we’ll gain more awareness of our muscle tone. We’ll observe our habbits to then add more variation and gain a greater variety of choice.
Questions we’ll play with:
• When do I need how much tone?
• Where and how can I let go even more?
• Can I allow the change in muscle tone according to the situation?
We’ll play with different options to reduce the effort we are making while dancing. When we only use the muscle tone we really need and everything else lets go, everything we do get’s easier, we’re more flexible to adabt to every situation, we’re softer, our breathing is more free, and we’re moving smoother. How will that change your dances?
